How to reset TCP/IP for Windows XP
1. Launch Command Prompt as administrator
2. type:
a.
netsh int ip reset
then press
[ENTER]
b.
netsh winsock reset
then
[ENTER]
c.
netsh interface reset all
then press
[ENTER]
